My neighbour suffers from Pagets disease which causes him a lot of pain most of the time. The pain seems to get worse at night and when the brain amplifies it when it has nothing else to do but think about it while trying to get to sleep. This meant that my neighbour was getting very little sleep.
A little while ago he told me of how he was using a new foam mattress topper on his bed and how it has enabled him to sleep throughout the night. This was an amazing result and he looked a lot better for it so I interviewed him to find out exactly how it was done.
